Our Fine Wine List has superior vintage wines, and we are always delighted to advise on wines to suit a particular menu.
We have taken great care to design a wine list suitable for every type of function, with a good cross section of French and New World wines.
Both our House Wines are consistently good, and with the French House Wines we can provide a personalised label for a special occasion.
The Ports and Pudding Wines are all delicious, and Pudding Wines are certainly becoming popular once again, absolutely gorgeous with fruit and chocolate puds. Our Cheeseboards are a meal in themselves, and beautifully complimented by our House or Vintage Ports.
Cocktails are making a comeback, and we can offer a huge variety from a sophisticated Dry Martini to a lethal Mexican Caparinha - guaranteed to make any party go with a bang!
Cocktail glasses are available, and each cocktail has it's own decoration.
The delicate Lady John's White Wine Cup is a refreshing change from Bucks Fizz for a Summer Wedding, and very pretty with a frozen strawberry dropped into each sugared glass.
For bars, we can provide all the spirits and mixers, with a good variety of beers and lagers, together with the popular Red Bull and alco-pops. Just let us know exactly what you would like and we can source it for you.
For paybars, we can provide a license, and all the additional services; barmen who will stay late, ice for chilling, optics for the spirits and all necessary glassware.
If there are any wines you would like to try before you choose them for your event, please let us know and we will be happy to send you a sample bottle.
It has been great fun putting together our Wine List, and we have enjoyed tasting the wines which we feel complement our food well. We hope you enjoy drinking them too!
